Old Business
Unaudited Financial Statement Update – Barbara reported that King & Walker will notify her after the beginning of 2022 as to when she and Wendy, as Treasurer and President, are able to certify the financial information entered into the State’s automated system.
New Business
Annual Renewal of Meeting Room Reservation – Penny contacted Christopher Harrison, supervisor at the Northdale Recreation Center, to inquire about the “Request for Use of County Facility” form to renew the reservation for use of the room for Tax District Board meetings in 2022. Penny was able to get a copy of the form from him on the night of the Board meeting. She will complete the form for Wendy’s signature and email it to Mr. Harrison. The room continues to be reserved for the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. without a fee.
Annual Renewal of Mail Box Agreement with UPS Store – Wendy reported that the annual fee is $240 and is now due. Since no alternative arrangements have been made for there to be a physical address for the Tax District, it was agreed that Wendy should pay the annual fee and submit a receipt for reimbursement. The subject will be tabled so Trustees can vote on the expenditure at the next Board meeting with a quorum and discuss potential lower-cost alternatives.
Date/Time for Removing Holiday Decorations at Entrances – After discussion by Trustees of a date/time, it was agreed that the decorations should be removed on January 2, 2022, starting at 2:30 p.m. at the Casey Rd. entrance. If Anne is unavailable then, Penny volunteered to get the decoration storage bins from her in advance.
Outreach Email from County Tax Collector’s Office – The new Tax Collector, Nancy Millan, has offered to attend one of the Tax District’s Board meetings to introduce herself and provide Trustees with an overview of the responsibilities of the Tax Collector’s Office. Trustees discussed if it would be beneficial to request a meeting with her. This subject will be tabled for discussion at the next Board meeting with a quorum.

There being no further business, Wendy adjourned the meeting at 7:24 p.m.
