The meeting was called to order by Wendy at 7:02 p.m.

 

Secretary's Report

The minutes of the November 2024 Board meeting were read in advance by Trustees.  Allen made a motion, seconded by Wendy, that the minutes be approved.  The motion was approved by a vote of 6-0.

Old Business

 

New Fiscal Year Tasks – Update – Penny reported that all tasks have been completed (see certification topic below).

 

FY25 Budget – Update – Wendy and Penny reported that no response regarding the submitted budget has been received from the County.

 

Certification of FY24 Financial Information in the State System – Barbara reported that the State system will not be available for this last step in the process until early 2025.

 

Repairs to Gunn Hwy. Wall – Wendy and Barbara reported that there is no update on when T-3 Construction can start the project.

 

New Business

 

Approval of Reimbursement for Entrance Replacement Lights – Wendy reported that Allen replaced the sign lights on both sides of the Casey Rd. entrance and will replace the sign lights at the Gunn Hwy. entrance in the near future.  The cost of four strings of lights was $188.  In addition, cable ties were purchased for attaching the lights to the framework, and a circuit breaker was purchased in an effort to resolve the outage problem at the Casey Rd. entrance.  Total expenditures were $227.03.  Penny made a motion, seconded by Steve, that Allen be reimbursed $227.03 for the purchases.  The motion was approved by a vote of 6-0.

 

Date for Removal of Holiday Decorations at Entrances – Trustees agreed that decorations could be removed on January 2, 2025 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Casey Rd. entrance.

 

 

 

Other Business

 

Submission of County Code Violation Complaint – Penny reported that she filed an on-line complaint with County Code Enforcement pertaining to the property in Beacon Meadows where the fence is in disrepair and a swimming pool filled with plant growth is now accessible from the street.  Penny indicated that she was able to list several code violations in the complaint.  She will keep Trustees apprised of the outcome.

 

There being no further business, Penny made a motion, seconded by Wendy, that the meeting be adjourned at 7:27 p.m. The motion was approved by a vote of 6-0.
