The meeting was called to order by Wendy at 7:02 p.m.
Secretary's Report
The minutes of the May 2024 Board meeting were read in advance by Trustees. Allen made a motion, seconded by Barbara, that the minutes be approved. The motion was approved by a vote of 6-0.

Old Business
Repairs to Gunn Hwy. Wall – Wendy reported that she received an email response from Perry Mallory at T-3 Construction informing her it was highly unlikely repairs to the Gunn Hwy. wall could begin before the end of fiscal year 2024 but possibly could begin in late 2024 or early 2025. Therefore, the money earmarked for wall repairs this fiscal year will be carried over into next fiscal year’s budget.
New Business
Financial Disclosure Electronic Filing (Statement of Financial Interests Form 1) – All Trustees present confirmed that they received the postcard from the Florida Commission on Ethics about the July 1 deadline for filing Form 1 electronically.
Hillsborough County Community Vulnerability Assessment (CVA) and Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Outreach – All Trustees present confirmed that they received the email on this topic. There were no comments.
Common Landscape Issues Event – Florida-Friendly Landscaping Community Association Outreach with UF/IFAS Extension Hillsborough County – All Trustees present confirmed that they received the email on this topic. Penny reported that she may participate in the June 24 presentation “Common Issues in the Community Landscape” via Zoom (10:00 – 11:30 a.m.) if her schedule permits.
There being no further business, Penny made a motion, seconded by Carol, that the meeting be adjourned at 7:20 p.m. The motion was approved by a vote of 6-0.
