The meeting was called to order by Wendy at 7:02 p.m.
Secretary's Report
The minutes of the June 2024 Board meeting were read in advance by Trustees. Barbara made a motion, seconded by Wendy, that the minutes be approved. The motion was approved by a vote of 5-0.

Old Business
Status of FY25 Budget Package – Wendy reported that the budget package was submitted to the County on June 24 and Mary Mahoney, County Management & Budget, confirmed that it had been received.
Repairs to Gunn Hwy. Wall – Barbara reported that there is no update on when T-3 Construction can start the project.
New Business
Price Increase for Annual Inspection of Backflow Prevention Devices – Affordable Testing has been inspecting the District’s backflow prevention devices for several years. The price for this annual inspection is being increased from $40 to $50 per entrance. There was a brief discussion among Trustees regarding the price increase. Barbara made a motion, seconded by Allen, that Affordable Testing’s price increase of $40 to $50 per entrance ($80 to $100 for both entrances) for testing the devices in 2024 be approved. The motion was approved by a vote of 5-0.
There being no further business, Barbara made a motion, seconded by Steve, that the meeting be adjourned at 7:10 p.m. The motion was approved by a vote of 5-0.
